THREE AMERICAN HOOKED RUGS.Late 19th-early 20th century. 1) Designed with three rows of eight-sided stars within colorful striped crossborders. 2) With two rows of pinwheel florettes joined by striated polychrome crosses. 3) With two rows of pinwheel rosettes in pinks and greys on a tea-brown ground alternating with three-dimensional crosses in shades of gold and beige. SIZE: 1) 32-1/2" x 53-1/2". 2) 26" x 44-1/2". 3) 27-1/2" x 45". PROVENANCE: Contents of a lifetime collection "Brook Crossing," South Pomfret, VT. CONDITION: Each with normal and expected minimal wear. Light surface soiling commensurate with age. No stain, damage, or repairs. Very good overall. 52806-165 hmg (600-900)
