Oil on wood panel in square form depicts a colonial coastline scene with grammar school, connected home and large federal municipal building. Community has come out to view the parade which is lead by Civil War veteran on horseback leading six rows of firemen in front of a horse drawn fire engine. The background with sailboats on a calm ocean. The outside border in black with gold scallop shell and leaf corners and red written title. Signed "Elizabeth Mumford 1994". SIZE: 15" x 15". Overall 17-1/2" x 17-1/2" CONDITION: Very good 52624-8 WAG (1,500-2,500)
