Lot contians: A) World War II RAF pilot tunic with RAF wings, buttons and officer's cuff braid. Each shoulder displays "Canada" titles, the interior with a "Moss Bros & Co" label inked with the name "Chatterton 5/43 York". All insignia appears to be original to the tunic. CONDITION: Tunic displays minor service wear and a few scattered holes. B) British officer's World War II wool battledress tunic displaying the insignia of an 8th Army General with an extensive array of ribbons. Unnamed interior label from "Moss Bros Ltd/ Covent Garden London, W.C.2/ Phone Covent Garden 4567". Accompanied by a pair of wool trousers. CONDITION: Both tunic and trousers are in excellent condition. C) British enlisted battle dress tunic displaying the insignia of an Army General. Interior stamped "Bond Clothes Shop/ Blouse Serge" with size markings, no date. CONDITION: Excellent condition showing no wear or use. From the Ray Bentley collection.
