Each cup measures 4" high and features a gilded American eagle and an enameled 8th Air Force emblem. Each is engraved "Eighth Air Force England 1942-1945". Bases are impressed with maker's touch marks and serial numbers "16" and "142". Contained within their velvet and satin lined leather- covered fitted cases. CONDITION: Both cases exhibit broken snap closure tabs and one shows wear to the outer surface. From the Ray Bentley collection.
