byf 42 code k 98 fitted with rail system scope mount. Period Hensoldt-Wetzlar fence post reticle scope. Possible post-war construction of sniper variant from original parts. CONDITION: Barrel has worn blue-brown finish with original rear sight and hooded front. Action retains 60% blue. All matching hardware including the bolt. Original cleaning rod and sling. Bore is fair but shootable. Scope is clear and has correct reticle. Stock has normal usage marks and no cracks or repairs.
