Lot contains: (A) NSKK dagger with anodized scabbard, (B) NSKK dagger with painted scabbard, and (C) SA dagger. (A) NSKK dagger made by "SMF" is over very good. Has a good blade, with scattered light marks throughout, which may have been lightly sharpened. Rosewood grip and solid nickel fittings are very good, with the correct inlaid eagle emblem. Crossguard has "Wf" for Westfalian Gau District. Anodized scabbard and nickel fitting are in excellent condition. Correct "RZM" stamped hanger. (B) NSKK dagger made by "RZM M7/66" in 1940, in overall excellent condition. The blade is near mint, and shows near mint cross-graining and light runner marks. Rosewood grip and nickel-plated fitting are very good, with some areas of freckling to metal surfaces. Scabbard appears to have been repainted with excellent nickle-plated finish. "RZM" marked hanger has some damage to the leather. (C) SA dagger made by "RZM M7/66" in 1941, in overall near mint condition. Blade is excellent to near mint, with excellent cross-graining and light runner marks. Rosewood handle and nickle-plated fittings are excellent. Scabbard retain 98% original finish with some crazing. Near mint nickel-plated fittings. "RZM" marked hanger assemble is also near mint.
