Lot contains: (A) unmarked Lion Head sword, (B) unmarked Lion Head sword, (C) "WKC" sword, and (D) unmarked Lion Head sword. (A) Third Reich Lion Head unmarked sword with a 31-1/2" blade in overall very good condition. Blade is in very good condition, and has been heavily polished, with scattered light marks and polished areas of freckling. Ruby glass eyed brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent, with dried polish remaining. Scabbard retains 65-70% of its original black painted finish with scattered marks and freckling in the areas of wear. (B) Third Reich Lion Head unmarked sword with a 31-1/2" blade in overall very good condition. Blade is in very good condition, and has been heavily polished, with scattered light marks and polished areas of freckling. Ruby glass eyed brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent. Scabbard has been repainted and has about 80-85% of its finish with scattered marks and freckling. Scabbard is missing its throat fitting. (C) Third Reich Lion Head sword marked "WKC" with a 35-1/2" blade in overall excellent condition. Blade is in excellent to near mint condition, with light runner marks and scattered light marks. Ruby glass eyed gold painted white metal fittings and trylon grip are excellent. Scabbard has been repainted and retains 90-95% of its finish with scattered marks. (D) Third Reich Lion Head sword is unmarked with a 34" blade in overall excellent condition. Blade is in excellent to near mint condition, with scattered light runner marks and other scattered light marks. Ruby glass eyed brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent, with dried polish remaining. Scabbard has been repainted and retains about 90% of its finish with scattered marks, mainly on the top half.
