Lot contains: (A) "Weyersberg" sword, (B) "Pack" sword, (C) unmarked sword, (D) "Herder" sword, and (E) unmarked sword. (A) Third Reich Dove Head sword marked "Paul Weyersberg" with a 33" blade in overall excellent condition. Blade is in near mint condition, with scattered light marks and light runner marks. Brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent with a little dried polish remaining. Scabbard retains 85-90% of its original finish with scattered marks and areas of freckling in places of wear. One moderate sized damaged area on the tip. (B) Third Reich Dove Head sword made made by "Ernst Pack & Sohne" with a 33" blade in overall very good condition. Blade is in very good condition, with 15-20% of the nickel plating exhibiting deep freckling as well as scattered marks. Brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent with the couple of wire strands being loose. Scabbard has been repainted and retains 75-80% of its repainted finish, with paint worn from the high points. One throat screw is missing. (C) Third Reich Dove Head unmarked sword with a 34" blade in overall very good to excellent condition. Blade is in excellent condition, with light runner marks and scattered light marks. Brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent, with dried polish present. Scabbard retains about 75-80% of its original black painted finish with moderate scattered marks and freckling throughout. (D) Third Reich Dove Head sword marked "Rich Werder" with a 33" blade in overall good condition. Blade is in fair condition, with 35-40% of its nickel plating exhibiting deep freckling and other marks. Brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are very good to excellent, with some dried polish remaining. Scabbard has been repainted and retains about 85-90% of its finish, with scattered light marks and a couple of minor dings. (E) Third Reich Dove Head unmarked sword marked with a 31" blade in overall excellent condition. Blade is in near mint condition, with very light runner marks and scattered light marks. Brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent. Scabbard has been repainted and retains 85-90% of its finish with scattered marks throughout.
