Lot contains: (A) unmarked sword, (B) "Eickhorn" sword, and (C) "Holler" sword. (A) Third Reich Lion Head unmarked sword with a 33" blade in overall near mint condition. Blade is in excellent to near mint condition, with light runner and scattered light marks. Brass ruby glass eyed fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are near mint. Scabbard retains more than 93% of its original black painted finish with scattered marks. Sword retains its original portepee. (B) Third Reich Lion Head sword marked "Carl Eickhorn"with a 33" blade in overall excellent to near mint condition. Blade is in near mint condition, and has some light runner marks and scattered light marks. Ruby glass eyed brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are also near mint. Scabbard has been repainted retains more than 95% of that finish, with scattered marks. Sword includes its original portepee. (C) Third Reich Lion Head sword marked "F.W. Holler" with a 32" blade in overall excellent to near mint condition. Blade is in near mint condition, with light runner marks and scattered light marks. Ruby glass eyed brass fittings and wire-wrapped metal grip are excellent, with a little dried polish remaining. Scabbard retains about 85% of it original black painted finish with worn areas, scattered marks some freckling. The sword's original portepee is attached to the scabbard.
