Lot contains: (A) "Eickhorn" sword, (B) "Eickhorn" sword, and (C) "Eickhorn" sword. (A) Third Reich Lion Head sword marked "Carl Eickhorn" with a 33" blade in overall very good to excellent condition. Blade is in excellent condition, with light runner marks and scattered marks. Gold finished pot metal ruby glass eyed fittings have 65-70% of their original finish, and wire-wrapped shark skin grip is excellent. Scabbard has been repainted and retains about 93% of that finish with scattered marks. Scabbard is not the correct one, as it is about 1" shorter than the blade. (B) Third Reich Lion Head sword marked "Carl Eickhorn"with a 32" blade in overall excellent to near mint condition. Blade is in near mint condition, and has some light runner marks and scattered light marks. Ruby glass eyed brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are near mint. Leather scabbard has brass fittings and is in near mint condition, with a couple of very small dings. (C) Third Reich Lion Head sword marked "Carl Eickhorn" with a 30" blade in excellent to near mint condition. Blade is in near mint condition, with light runner marks and scattered light marks. Ruby glass eyed brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are near mint, with dried polish remaining. Scabbard retains about 80-90% of it original black painted finish with scattered marks and some freckling to worn areas.
