Lot contains: (A) unmarked etched sword, (B) "WKC" sword, and (C) "Eickhorn" sword. (A) Imperial German Lion Head unmarked sword with a 29" blade in overall very good to excellent condition. Triple etched blade is in very good condition, with scattered marks with moderate to heavy freckling on the ricasso and the bottom half of the blade. Nickel fittings and wire-wrapped shark skin grip are excellent, and a Third Reich police eagle has been post-war added to cross-guard. Leather scabbard with nickel fittings are in excellent condition with a loose staple on the lower fitting and a ding near the throat. (B) Imperial German Miner sword made by "WKC" with a 34" blade in overall excellent condition. Blade has some scattered light marks, and is in near mint condition. Copper finished brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent. Leather scabbard with copper finished brass fittings is very good to excellent, with areas of wear on the leather and some small dings on the fittings. (C) Imperial German Shooting sword marked "Carl Eickhorn" with a 31" blade in overall excellent condition. Triple etched blade is in excellent condition, with runner marks, scattered light marks, and light freckling. Nickel fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent, with some dried polish remaining and a shooting emblem on the cross-guard. Leather scabbard with nickel fittings is excellent, with a number of dings on the fittings.
