Lot contains: (A) Lion Head "Alcoso" sword, and (B) Model 1889 "WKC" sword. (A) Imperial Lion Head sword marked "Alcoso" with a 33" blade in overall excellent condition. Blade is in near mint condition, with light runner marks and scattered marks. Brass fittings and wire-wrapped trylon grip are excellent to near mint. Scabbard has been repainted, and retains more than 95% of that finish. (B) Imperial German Prussian Officer sword made by "WKC" with a 31" blade in near mint condition. Blade is in near mint condition, and has some light runner marks and scattered light marks. Gold gilted brass fittings retain more than 90% of their finish, and wire-wrapped trylon grip is excellent. Scabbard retains 95% of its original black painted finish, with scattered marks.
