Lot contains: (A) Lion Head unmarked sword, and (B) East German "WKC" sword. (A) Third Reich Lion Head unmarked "Kindersabel" with a 19" blade in overall good condition. Sharpened blade is good condition with light to moderate freckling throughout, and several dings on the edge. Gold plated aluminum fittings are in good condition with approximately 30-40% of its finish remaining, and the wire-wrapped trylon grip is excellent. Scabbard retains 45-50% of its original black painted finish with freckling and scattered marks. Includes brown leather shoulder hanging assembly. (B) Unmarked DDR sword with a 33" blade in near mint condition. Chrome plated blade is in near mint condition, and has some light runner marks. Chrome plated non-magnetic fittings and wire-wrapped plastic grip are excellent. Communist East German emblem is attached to crossguard. Scabbard retains 96+% of its original black painted finish, with scattered light marks.
