High numbered action (over 800,000) with military barrel fitted with Redfield ramp, has factory markings on receiver ring, and been fitted with Lyman 48 rear sight. No other changes to metal are noted. Nicely figured American walnut steel capped pistol grip stock shows a high class of workmanship with right hand shadow line cheekpiece and well cut borderless point pattern checkering at grip and wrapping around forend. Stock measures 13 - 5/8" over model 70 type checkered steel buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent, as custom finished, with only a few light handling marks on wood and metal. Bore is excellent.
