This intriguing side safety gun has 28" solid rib barrel with rib marked "W.W. GREENER ST. MARYS SQUARE BIRMINGHAM. WINNER AT ALL GUN TRIALS, 1875-1891" and has engraved floral burst on rib near the breech. Barrels with proper proof marks and marked "SLEEVED". Casehardened action with light scroll on all sides as well as the blued trigger guard. Floorplate screw at front is a replacement. Checkered round ball grip stock and splinter forearm with Deeley release and elongated horn tip. CONDITION: Good. Action has silvered. Stocks show some wear and checkering has thinned but is all present and there are some elongated scratches in butt. The barrels retain 95% of their refinished blue with only slight handling marks overall. The triggers, trigger guard, and top lever have also been reblued and show some slight signs of wear. Bores are bright and shiny, mechanics are functional.
