This military inspector gun has "W" on trigger guard, "D" on left side of barrel, "R" on loading lever, frame and cylinder; "B" on right side of barrel and frame. Features octagon barrel, closed top frame, non-fluted cylinder, brass trigger guard and two piece walnut grips. "OWA" cartouche on left grip for Orville W. Ainsworth. CONDITION: Retains 99% of the expertly reapplied blue finish. Fine action. Sharp, shiny bore. Expert job at restoration, very close to original.
