This gun has full or partial matching numbers on the frame, trigger guard, backstrap, cylinder, wedge. Loading lever is off of another gun. Standard features include octagon to round barrel, six shot, single action, percussion, blue and case colored finish, brass straps and one piece varnished walnut grips. CONDITION: This revolver has the following issues: loading lever is replaced, right frame screw is an incorrect replacement, contemporary to gun rear sight installed through lettering on top of frame; frame does not have Colt's patent stamp, cylinder scene is barely visible under bright light and basically a smooth brown patina. All original nipples. Safety pins are worn down. Pitting to face of cylinder. Barrel is also dark chocolate brown. Address is sharp. Well defined rifling with some minor pitting. Cut for a shoulder stock. Case colors have turned to a brown, mottled appearance with no color visible. Grips have been revarnished with chips at bottom. Indexes and locks up correctly.
