The first helmet is a Green Bay Packers No. 4 Brett Favre game issued helmet, 2001, signed "Brett Favre 2001 3921 yds 32 tds". The COA has the holograph number 35102. The second helmet is Dallas Cowboys No. 12 Roger Staubach game issued helmet signed "Roger Staubach 12 SB VI MVP". It includes a photo of Roger with a hologram number of 8639. Both are Riddell game issue helmets and include COAs from Gridiron Authentics with photos of players signing the helmets. Helmets are in acrylic cases with mirrored bottoms.
