World War II Japanese Army Officers Sword with 25" blade and one piece construction with water temper and good wavy temper line. Signed Hiro Mitsu and dated. CONDITION: Blade is slightly scuffed but could be improved with cleaning. Has much original polish remaining. Handle of typical army officer's type with some damage to silk but mostly intact. Black lacquer wood scabbard appears to be repainted. A good sword for cutting. CONDITION: Very good.
