Lot includes: W.H. Gunlocke Chair Co., Wayland New York, circa 1910 Arts & Crafts three piece Mission Parlor Set in quartersawn oak. The set consists of a matching armchair, rocker and bench all with slats under each arm, and original drop-in spring seat cushions. The set retains its original oil-cloth upholstery. Old dark overcoat applied over original finish with years of honest wear to tops of arms. Each signed with partial paper label to underside. Structurally sound, sturdy and solid with scratches and wear consistent with age and use. Original upholstery is worn with flaking and looses. Armchair: 28"W, 21"D, 39"H. Rocker: 28"W, 21"D, 37"H. Bench: 57"W, 23"D, 39"H.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
