Lot of 2: Stickley Brothers, Grand Rapids, Mich., Arts & Crafts Mission Post Card Desk, Model No. 6836, in quartersawn oak with Stickley Brothers heart cutout chair, model no. 841 1/2. Great size and design with a single drawer, slat sides and two post card racks flanking a central pen tray. Excellent construction with original finish and hardware. Chair also has original finish with replaced red vinyl. Each marked with stenciled model numbers. Desk marked "6836". Chair marked "841 1/2". Structurally sound, solid and sturdy. Small screw holes to slat on left side, under top most likely from an old pencil sharpener. Some scratches and wear consistent with age and use. Chair dimensions: 16.5"W, 15"D, 29"H. Desk dimensions: 34"W, 21.5"D, 34"H.
