These scarce revolvers in the late 1870's to mid-1880's and features six shot, single action, blued finish and walnut grips. CONDITION: This revolver retains strong 30% blue on both sides of frame with balance a grey brown patina with overall freckling and light pitting. Walnut grips are screw are homemade replacements. Loading gate cover will not stay shut. Cylinder does not index. Visible rifling with black powder abrasion and some light pitting. Very hard to find 19th century big bore .44 revolver.
