In 1974 Colt produced a limited run of 500 Colt Single Action Army revolvers replicating the original Indian War period Cavalry Model. Standard features include blued and case hardened finish, six shot, single action and walnut grips. The left side of the barrel on this edition is stamped "1873 PEACEMAKER CENTENNIAL 1973". Early features include donut head ejector, black powder screw in frame, "US" stamp on left side of frame and a military type cartouche on the left side of grip (SLC). CONDITION: This revolver is in basically as new condition inside and out with no signs of having been fired. It is housed in its original walnut glass top display case with plaque.
