Gun (A) is an Italian reproduction of Colt Special 1861. Barrel dated 1861 with reproduction three leaf folding rear sight. Percussion lock marked "1861 Colt's PtF a Mfg Co. Hartford, Ct". Stock of walnut marked with original "AFJ" inspector marks. CONDITION: Barrel retains 98% polished finish with perfect bore. Lock has 98% finish along with bands, buttplate, trigger guard and original ramrod. Appears unfired. Gun (B) is an 1851 Navy with octagon barrel, blued and case colored finish, Naval scene on cylinder, nickel plated straps, and wood grips. Gun is basically unfired but it was not oiled well and has a fingernail area of salt and pepper on one spot of cylinder.
