Desireable 1861 dated Springfield lock. No markings visible on barrel. Stock has a clear ESA cartouche, secondary cartouche is not legible. CONDITION: All metal surfaces have been cleaned with some light pitting. Lock markings are crisp and clear. Stock has been refinished. Bore is worn with pitting, some rifling left. Good mechanical function. All parts appear to be originals including the ramrod.
