(A) is a .43 Egyptian Remington Rolling Block. Has some Farsi markings on the barrel. 3 band. (B) is a standard model No. 5 Rolling Block in 7mm. 3-line address on upper stock tang, with the last patent date being 1874. (C) is a standard model 1901 Rolling Block in 7mm. 3-line address on the upper stock tang with 1901 patent date. CONDITION: (A) shows heavy wear to metal and wood. No markings visible except for some Farsi on the barrel. Good mechanical function. Bore has fair rifling. (B) Retains a pleasing patina with some light surface rust. Markings are clear. Missing the rear barrel band spring. Breechblock sticks when opened, otherwise action works well. Wood has some dings and handling marks, shows wear with numerous small areas of plastic wood filler. Bore is very good with visible rifling. (C) Appears to have a coat of varnish on it, metal has some rust and wear. Markings are clear. Wood shows numerous dings and handling marks as well as a gouge out of the right side between the sling swivel and buttplate. Crack in handguard and left side of wrist. Good mechanical function. Bore has strong rifling. Forend tip has been soldered back on, looks to have been done during its period of use.
