Standard configuration 1906 DWM, Cross in Sunburst, commercial Luger, with 4 - 3/4" with drift adjustable front sight and DWM marked toggle linkage with V notched rear sight. Two line "Abercombie & Fitch Co. New York/Made in Switzerland" address on top of barrel. Full serial number with "i" suffix on forward frame; without the suffix under barrel (numbered parallel to bore as were all of these pistols received from DWM but barreled in Switzerland) and left side of receiver. Last two digits on all the usual small parts excepting an unnumbered breech block and middle toggle link. Grips and magazine are unnumbered. Main components are rust blued; usual strawed small parts; grip screws, normally heat treated, have been rust blued. Fitted with finely checkered walnut panels and correct magazine with metal discs on each side of walnut plug. CONDITION: Very professional restoration with enhanced barrel and frame, now presenting as a strong 98%+ gun. Front sight loose. Grips have had portions of the checkering carefully recut. Near excellent original magazine. Bright bore with strong rifling. Perfect manual mechanics. A very attractive, wonderfully restored, Abercombie & Fitch marked 1906 Swiss Luger.
