Manufactured in July of 1950. This rifle has spent its life in the original box in a closet. Features include; full round barrel with the original Remington sights. Tube magazine. Blue slide action. Plain walnut front and pistol grip rear stocks. Black composite butt plate. Metal retains 97% of the original factory applied blue finish. The wood has 98% of the original varnish with just a couple of handling marks. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves. Comes in the original numbered factory cardboard box with an envelope of paperwork. It would be hard to upgrade this gun. CORRECTION: Serial Number corrected from 149963 to 146963.
