Features octagon barrel, full tubular magazine, case colored frame and lever, takedown, two leaf folding rear sight, sporting front sight, barrel mounted period pre-war 3/4" tube scope, pistol grip walnut stock and Marlin logo black composite buttplate. Scope has standard crosshairs and good optics. CONDITION: Barrel, tube and forend retain 95% of their original factory blue with razor sharp edges. Left side of frame retains 98% original case colors, mostly bright with a little bit of freckling. Right side of frame has 20% bright case colors, balance has turn soft patina. Brilliant bight blue bolt. Traces of color on lever. Walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal with just some minor varnish loss. Fine action. Good, clean visible rifling. Extremely handsome pre-war Model 39.
