Very slight even toning and fading. This example is offered with what appears to be original matte with gold foil liner and with pencil inscription "Rose" and additionally signed "T. Lautrec" followed by "Gold Bevel". Note: original published in 1895 in the Elles portfolio, this lithograph is from the posthumous printing authorized by the Musee d’ Albi from Lautrec’s original stone. The edition size for the vert was 200 numbered impressions. There were also 1700 impressions in black and 50 in sepia. We believe this to be one of the non-numbered impressions and may have been initially printed in olive, now faded. Provenance: From the Private Collection of a well-known Fine Art collector from Southern Maine.
