Manufactured between 1974 and 1977. Franz Marktl was European trained, beginning his career at the age of 14 as an apprentice. He is now a master engraver who has been commissioned by the White House and heads of state to produce engraved weapons. He has been exhibited at the Met and the Smithsonian. This gun is delicately scroll engraved in a more European style in nearly full coverage. Gun is finished in satin stainless. Three small previous owner initials are engraved on backstrap. Features five shot, double action, pinned barrel with fixed sights. Fitted with silver medallion stag grips. CONDITION: As new inside and out in custom wood case.
