Offered is a beautiful custom engraved and gold inlaid pistol by Tony Tuscano. Basis for this gun is a standard 1911 commercial beautifully engraved in scroll along all areas of frame, straps and slide. Proper era 1917 parts include sights, checkered slide stop and safety, short checkered wide spur hammer, long smooth trigger, flat mainspring housing with lanyard. sports a pair of fully checkered walnut grips (not correct). Owner's initials on gold on top rear sight slide. CONDITION: Gun retains virtually all of the custom reapplied blue done at time of engraving. Retains razor sharp legends. Near mints grips. Fine bore and action. Includes extra modern magazine French fitted homemade case.
