Lot Contains: (A) Third Reich Luftwaffe Sword, (B) Third Reich Dove Head Sword, and (C) Third Reich Dove Head Sword by Puma. (A) The Third Reich Luftwaffe Sword is, overall, in excellent condition. The Helbig marked, 30-1/2" nickel plated blade is in excellent condition, with light freckling and runners marks. The aluminum cross guard and pommel are in near mint condition with good gilding to the swastikas. The leather grip is wire wrapped and in excellent condition. The scabbard is a leather wrapped metal with minor scuffs in areas, and the aluminum fittings are excellent. The blue leather hanger is still present, but is only attached by one of the loops. (B) The Third Reich Dove Head Sword is in very good condition overall. The unmarked, 34-1/2" blade is in excellent condition with light runner marks and scattered freckling in areas. The gold plated hilt and hand guard are very good. A small areas of base metal is showing on the rear cross-guard section. The black trylon grip is wound with wire and rates near mint. The black painted steel scabbard is in excellent condition with minor freckling at the end. This sword has a partial leather knot with it. (C) The Third Reich Dove Head Sword by Puma is in near mint condition overall. The 32-1/2", Puma marked blade is excellent with scattered light marks throughout. The opposite side of the blade has a "No. 3" stamped on it near the guard. The gilded brass hilt and hand-guard are near mint condition. The black trylon grip is wire bound and rates near mint as well. The black painted scabbard appears to be a repaint, it rates excellent.
