Luftwaffe officer visor cap in overall very good condition. Blue gray tricot wool cap with bullion silver piping, has minor fading to the top. Center band is woven wool. Bullion eagle and wreath are excellent. Bullion officer chinstrap is present. Sweat shield is missing and the manufacturer's markings, while present, are too faint to be read. Rayon lining is intact and in very good condition, with sweat stains and soiling. Leather sweatband is in good condition with staining, and about 60% of it is torn and damaged at the stitch line. All the wear and damage is from being worn.
