This pistol comes in the original Interarms box serial numbered to gun. Cover states "RARE SVW CODES PRODUCED AT MAUSERWERKE OBERNDORF AFTER WORLD WAR II FOR FRENCH SECRUITY FORCES". Left side of the slide is stamped "svw 45" indicating late war production. Right side of slide is stamped with Waffenamt eagle "WaA35" and star. Import stamp is under the slide. All matching serial numbers. CONDITION: Retains approximately 90% of its original dull war-time finish with high edge wear only. Sports the scarce late-war dull grey all metal grips, which gave it the nickname "Grey Ghost". Near mint bore and fine action. Box comes with some Interarms paperwork.
