This fine Radom has all matching numbers on frame, barrel and slide. Left side of frame has the Waffenamt stamp "WaA17" and on trigger guard "77". Backstrap is cut for shoulder stock. "VIS" stamped black composite grips. Left side of the slide has three Waffenamt stamps "WaA77", eagle with emblem and an eagle. According to the book "VIS Radom" by Bill York, the D Series began in 1941 and this pistol was made in 1942. Barrel is in the white. Pinned blue magazine has high polish blue base. CONDITION: Pistol retains approximately 99% of the military blue finish. Grips are near mint. Near mint bore. The presence of original Radom shoulder stocks is virtually non-existent and examples of this pistol factory cut for shoulder stock are extremely rare.
