Manufactured for the German military by Mauser. This is a 1936 chamber date code S/42. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "S/42", correct "(eagle) 63" Waffenamts on right side of receiver. Nickel magazine with un-numbered aluminum bottom. Gun retains approximately 80% of original applied factory blue finish with just a bit of high edge and holster wear. Good bore with sharp lands and grooves. Checkered wood grips that are not the correct grips for this gun.
