Manufactured from 1861 to 1874, this is a single action, spur trigger, tip-up, six shot revolver in blued finish with ribbed octagon barrel and smooth rosewood grips. Barrel and cylinder are stamped "FL". CONDITION: Revolver has traces of blue but has basically flaked with soft patina. Razor sharp legends. Excellent rosewood grips that display normal chipping at base. Indexes and locks up correctly. Strong, clean rifled bore with just minor black powder residue. Far better than average example.
