This rifle features full round barrel a sporting front sight, rear sight filler, blue finish, takedown, and walnut stocks. CONDITION: The barrel has sharp legends but basically has grey patina with age freckling. Non-factory sling swivels have been installed on barrel and buttstock. Factory walnut stocks have been custom checkered, proud to metal, stock has been shortened and had a rubber waffle pad added. Has Griffin & Howe quick release mounts added to left side of frame. Frame is basically a grey patina. The scope is a German Hensoldt 1.5-6 power. The wood is in very good to excellent condition. Checkering is period to gun. Scope has a post and line reticle with clear glass. Has strong, clean, well-defined rifling. Should be a good shooter and a handy deer rifle with the takedown system.
