Pistols are with fine Damascus barrels and unusual brass mounts. An extremely attractive cased set of double barred Belgian percussion officer's pistols with very elaborate casing comprising 13 accessories. Both pistols with extremely fine quality Damascus barrels and Damascus rib, back action lock, finely engraved with scrolls, hammers engraved en suite, breech is engraved as are all lock screws. The unusual brass mounts are finely engraved en suite with plain butt caps and shall cap boxes. The varnished walnut three quarter stocks are finely checkered at wrists. Elaborate accessories includes bag flack, bullet mold, mallet, mainspring vice, patch cutter, powder dipper, two ram rods, two cap boxes, nipple wrench and turn screw. Brass bound walnut case appears to be the original, with blue velvet lining and red piping outlining the compartments. Some velvet added at some point in history. Face appears to be original. A very attractive and impressive set of Belgian percussion officer's pistols; actions are excellent and bore are crisp.
