This fine copy has a 17" tube with a 3-1/2" bore. Finely case with George III cipher, and date of 1761. Quality is very fine with few of the usual casting flaws. Bore is quite smooth and detail of decoration and maker's name is excellent. One a wooden sledge, this is a most attractive mortar and will assume a lovely patina if left outside. CONDITION: Excellent.
