This quality early post-war features full round barrel, sporting front sight, rear sight blade has filler, cartridge counter, blued finish with case colored lever, checkered walnut stock, pistol grip cap, and an old waffle pad. CONDITION: Barrel retains 95% blue with light handling marks and razor sharp legends. Frame has 80% blue with minor high edge wear and a 2" area of left side of frame that has turned silver. Lever has been cleaned with traces of case colors. Walnut stocks are excellent with few minor impressions. Buttpad is an add on. Length of pull to wood is 12-1/2" which would indicate the stock was trimmed. Current length of pull from pad to trigger is 13-1/4". Fine bore and action. It is topped with a Bushnell sharp shooter 3x9 scope with Weaver touch up ring with standard crosshair and optics. Great deep woods deer rifle.
