Manufactured in 1910 with 26 inch full octagon barrel and full length magazine. Takedown configuration with two piece American walnut stocks with case colored crescent butt plate. Case colored hammer and lever. Sporting bead appointed blade front sight with elevator adjustable rear sight. Traditional two line Winchester address on top barrel flat with NICKEL STEEL and 32-40 on left barrel flat. CONDITION. Excellent. Rifle retains over 95% of its bright factory applied blue finish. The two piece American walnut stocks are excellent with most all of the factory varnish remaining. Several very minor dents and scratches are evident in the wood. The case colors on the hammer and lever are visible but rather smokey the case colors on the butt plate are all present but smokey grey not vivid. The bore is excellent , bright and shiny with sharp rifling. The action remains crisp and properly functioning. TDW
