Manufacture in 1893 with 24 inch round barrel chambered for the 32 RF cartridge. Sporting blade front sight with elevator adjustable rear sight. Two piece American walnut stocks with crescent butt plate. The Marlin 1892 had the unique ability to be converted from rim fire to central fire by the simple exchange of firing pin. This in recent years has led to the conversion and restoration of many of these petite little rifles. CONDITION. Good with over 80% blue finish remaining on barrel and magazine. The receiver has about 60% blue finish remaining with balance turning patina. The walnut stocks are very fine with most factory applied varnish remaining. The bore is dark and action is crisp and functions properly. TDW
