The Mills factory in Chicago started making these iconic machines in 1899 and didn't stop until the 1920s. This model with the musical cabinet was more rare. Admiral Dewey, "The Hero of Manila" is pictured at the center of the wheel and in relief on the cabinet, the reverse glass is original with a replacement Dewey graphic. The detail in all of the cast iron features is impressive on the oak cabinet with fluted columns, recessed panels and carved appliques. A restored example with all iron castings, replacement mechanism hold downs, and a replacement back door. A nice machine that plays and pays. With Swiss music box. 4 keys are included but one is bent.
Condition: (Very Good).
Item Dimensions: 29"W x 17-1/2"D x 67"T.
