A fascinating fortune teller, featuring a finely dressed feline automaton, known for wearing boots. After inserting a penny into this amusement machine, a fortune card is deposited to the patron. It is nicely displayed in a lighted cabinet with a clean interior and contains the original instructional decals. Complete with marquee reading, "Puss in Boots Tells Your Fortune One Cent" and cast iron stand. The exterior has a nice finish to the wood but there are some scratches and surface wear. A reproduction of the Roover Brothers Co. original that was manufactured in 1897 to 1904. Additional fortune cards and three keys are included.
