Full or partial matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, backstrap, loading lever and cylinder pin. Manufactured 1862 to 1869. Trigger guard has a "W" inspector stamp. Straps are made of brass. CONDITION: Barrel retains 50% or better original high polish blue starting to drift. Case colors on frame have turned brown. Traces of color on lever. Cylinder has turned brown and has all original nipples. Razor sharp barrel legends. One piece walnut grips have been refinished and are slightly shy. Brass never polished. Indexes properly double and single action. Strong rifling with light black powder abrasion.
