Offered is a standard late Fourth Model with octagon barrel with New York address, blade front sight, brass straps, one piece walnut grips. Gun exhibits full or partial matching numbers on frame, barrel, trigger guard, backstrap, cylinder and cylinder pin. Fourth Model has the capping groove on right shield. CONDITION: No original finish on any of the metal parts; basically grey patina. The Naval scene on cylinder is partially visible. The shields around the nipples are slightly deformed; one nipples is broken, no visible pins. All frame screws are marred. Trigger guard is warped and not tight to frame. Grips have no original varnish and are shy to metal. Strong, defined bore. Revolver is not indexing and is binding up. This gun needs some mechanical attention top become a working revolver.
