Overall length: 52 - 1/2 inches. Barrel length: 36 inches. Two full octagonal barrels (one rifles/one large bore smooth). Marked "H. Leman, Lancaster" with back action percussion locks. The curly maple stock has a small brass circular lidded patchbox and a brass toeplate. The curly maple stock has its original finish. Usually these type of 1850 period rifles are made in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania as an all-purpose gun. Overall the condition is very good.
