In conjunction with TALO Distributors, Colt produced an extremely limited run of these 1911's in 2006. They feature scroll work that has been Damascened onto the slide. Features a bushing barrel matched to a Cerakote finish bushing with a bright and shiny bore. Sights are high profile 3 dot combat sights. Slide is polished to a mirror shine. Left side of slide features golden oak leaves on a black background and a second smaller piece of scroll work on the panel which features the Colt logo in gold. Right side of slide features mirror image of the oak leaf scroll work. Panel design is the Colt Horse in gold. Short frame with no dust cover that has been Cerakoted and polished on flat surfaces. Trigger is Colt Factory. Slide stop is polished to a mirror shine and features more Damascened oak leaf scroll work. Thumb safety is ambidextrous. Grip safety is present and operational. Magazine release is a checkered button for left side only. Mainspring housing is flat. Grips are rosewood and engraved with more of the oak leaf design. Grip screws are golden in color. Comes with Colt Custom Shop Box, extra magazine, factory lock, and manuals. CONDITION: Gun is like new inside and out with minor handling marks. An excellent collector piece.
